In November 2004, Tractionel Enterprise concluded a successful BEE transaction with Africa Heritage Investments (Pty) Ltd. The empowerment transaction has been extremely successful with directors and professionals from both companies working together and sharing a common vision. Benefits deriving from this BEE transaction were immediate and the market has continued to respond positively to the news. Tractionel Enterprise is rated as a level 4 Contributor in terms of the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act with 52% of our issued share capital being owned by Africa Heritage Investments (Pty) Ltd, a 100% Black Economic Empowered Investment company with various interests in the manufacturing, trading, logistics and services industries in South Africa.
